Humanitarian aid program for Ukraine receives $100-thousand donation from Sask. Government

The Saskatchewan government has donated 100-thousand dollars to support humanitarian aid in Ukraine.

It’s being provided to the Ukrainian Canadian Congress who, alongside the Canada-Ukrainian Foundation, established the Humanitarian Relief Committee.

It’s in preparation of a possible humanitarian crisis from the potential of a further Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The province notes nearly 129-thousand Ukrainians now call Saskatchewan home.
