An Edmonton man, charged with numerous offences, after being clocked at 164 kilometres an hour on Highway One near Wolseley last summer, has made another court appearance.

After pulling the vehicle over on July 16th, officers noticed a sum of cash and illegal cigarettes in plain view.

A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up 31 grams of cocaine, illegal cigarettes and 140-thousand dollars in cash.

40-year-old Jeffrey Weitzel of Edmonton faces several charges, including Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, and he was back in Indian Head Court yesterday (TUES), where his matters were adjourned to March 1st.
