Winnipeg woman charged following death of Indian Head RCMP officer back in court

One of two Winnipeg residents charged following the death of Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton last summer, was back in court yesterday (THURS).

On June 12th in Wolseley, Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen from Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.

43-year-old Marlene Pagee, who is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, will make her next appearance in Regina Provincial Court on March 22nd.

Her co-accused, 42-year-old Alphonse Traverse, remains in custody, charged with First Degree Murder, and his preliminary hearing is set for July 19th, in Regina.
