Accuweather says precipitation numbers are going to be below that of what is normally seen. Senior meteorologist Brett Anderson says their spring forecast suggests Saskatchewan, Alberta and B.C. will all see slightly below normal temperatures this spring as La Nina continues. Precipitation numbers will be below normal for the spring in many parts of Saskatchewan.
