Melville RCMP continue to investigate a deadly collision on Highway 9 late yesterday (SUN) afternoon.
Around 4:45 p.m., Mounties were called to the scene of a vehicle-train collision on Highway 9, east of Waldron.
The driver of the vehicle, a 65-year-old man from the Ochapowace First Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
Three youths in the vehicle were taken to hospital, however there is no word on their condition at this time.
No injuries were reported by any train personnel.
