Prime minister Justin Trudeau has held high level talks with his British and Dutch counterparts about the war in Ukraine, and how all 3 countries will continue to help the beleaguered nation. As part of that, Trudeau announced sanctions against 10 of Russian president Vladimir Putin’s inner circle. Trudeau also says Canada has sent about $1 billion in financial assistance and humanitarian aid.
