A Swan River man is wanted by police is connection to a shooting.

On Sunday, Swan River RCMP responded to a shooting at a residence on the Wuskwi Sipihk First Nation, where a 40-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

28-year-old Stacey Stevens is wanted for Attempted Murder, and he is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Stacey Stevens is asked to contact the Swan River RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
