A Man Charged With Abducting His Daughter Was Back In Court

A new court date has been set for a man charged with the alleged abduction of his seven-year-old daughter. In Regina Provincial Court on Friday, 52-year-old Michael Gordon Jackson, of the Carievale district, was remanded in custody for his next appearance, set for tomorrow. Saskatchewan RCMP issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Jackson on January 21st, after he was charged with Abduction in Contravention of Custody or Parenting Order. Police located him and his daughter in Vernon B.C. on February 24th.
