A trial date has been set for a former Yorkton man charged with Manslaughter, in connection with the death of a one-year-old girl in Regina. 21-year-old Bailey Peepeetch was originally arrested for Aggravated Assault on October 7, 2020, but the charge was upgraded when the girl died two days later. Last month, Peepeetch was committed to stand trial by jury in Regina Court of Queen’s Bench, and his next pretrial appearance there will be on April 8th, however his trial has been set to run from January 23rd to February 10th of next year.
