A Preeceville man arrested following a traffic stop in Canora, has appeared in court. 32-year-old Kellan Armstrong was in Yorkton this morning, where he was remanded in custody to next Wednesday. On Wednesday, Mounties received a call about a possible impaired driver on Highway 9. When the suspect was located, police say he resisted arrest, and two members were injured, before he was taken into custody.
