In the latest daily update on COVID-19 in Manitoba, 189 new cases were identified out of 1,053 tests.

The test positivity rate for the province is at 14 percent. The total number of cases is 133,928.

90 of the cases are located in Winnipeg, 30 in Interlake-Eastern, 27 in Prairie Mountain Health, 22 in the South, and 20 in the North.

Active cases province-wide saw a slight increase to 4,403, including 698 in Prairie Mountain Health. A total of 127,799 people have recovered.

There were 3 more deaths, bringing the provincial total to 1,726.
