Three people charged following a drug and firearms bust in Kisbey, were back in Carlyle Provincial Court last week. RCMP searched a home in Kisbey, seizing a stolen firearm, 52 grams of cocaine, and an undisclosed amount of cash. 27-year-old Jordan Desjarlais of Regina, 21-year-old Demetrius Standingready of Kisbey, and 21-year-old Kiera Shingoose of Kisbey all appeared in Carlyle last Wednesday, and they will return to court there on April 13th. Desjarlais and Standingready are also charged in connection with a separate pair of incidents last July on neighbouring First Nations, that Carlyle RCMP say are connected.
