Legacy Co-Op has donated $14,500 dollars to Parkland Search and Rescue for the purchase of a truck to assist operations.

Parkland Search and Rescue is a volunteer group that does not get federal or provincial funding, so the donation will go a long way.

Vice president Dusty Brears says it was the final push for the group in getting a new vehicle to support them.
