A Moose Kill Leads To Charges For A Manitoba Man

A 32 year old Cross Lake man has been fined $6 thousand, and is due in Swan River court in May. It stems from a moose kill near Barrows in January. Manitoba conservation officers say the animal was killed in a moose conservation area in the Porcupine Mountain Provincial Forest. A search of a home in Cross Lake lead to the fine and court appearance.
