A Sask. Man Has Been Sentenced For Assault

A Regina man has been sentenced for his role in a pair of incidents on neighbouring First Nations that Carlyle RCMP say are connected. 27-year-old Jordan Desjarlais pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Harm, and he received 12 months probation plus time already served in custody. Demetrius Standingready and Justin Desjarlais will be in Carlyle Provincial Court on September 21th for trial, while Cyrus Campeau will be in Carlyle on May 25th. Jordan Desjarlais will also return to court on May 11th on charges stemming from a separate drug and weapon bust in Kisbey.
