A 28-year-old Ituna man has made another court appearance, on charges stemming from a February 25th robbery at a Regina business, and a vehicle theft the same day. February 25th, police responded to an attempted robbery at a business, where the male suspect passed a note to the clerk, saying that he had a gun, and wanted cash, but he fled the scene before obtaining any money. Police were notified of a stolen vehicle in a parking lot near the scene of the attmepted robbery, and that vehicle was later found in Lumsden, and the driver arrested. Police say the 2 incidents are linked, and 26-year-old Timothy Jones was charged with Robbery and other offences, and returns to court May 12.
