**Mountain View School Division: Buses will be cancelled in Dauphin, Ochre River, Gilbert Plains and Grandview to give municipal officials an additional day to clear the rural roads.  Schools will be open in all communities.  The MVSD administration office complex will be closed today until power is restored.
