One of two Kawacatoose First Nation men charged in connection with an alleged assault on the reserve earlier this month has made another court appearance.

On May 6th, Punnichy RCMP responded to a report of an assault, that resulted in a man being transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

20-year-old Talon Worme and 28-year-old Jesse Worme each remain in custody, facing several charges, including Robbery and Aggravated Assault.

At his appearance Friday (13th) in Regina, Talon Worme was remanded in custody to appear tomorrow in Punnichy, along with Jesse Worme, who is appearing there tomorrow, for a bail hearing.
