A new court date has been set for a Duck Bay, Manitoba man, charged in connection with a March 2021 drug investigation in Thompson.

In the early morning hours of March 13th of last year, Mounties stopped a taxi on Princeton Drive, arresting the male passenger, and seizing a quantity of cash, along with about 140 grams of cocaine.

29-year-old Christopher Cordell is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

His next appearance in Thompson Drug Court is set for May 27th.
