SGI has begun sending out rebate cheques to customers across Saskatchewan.
Approximately 603-thousand will be mailed out between today (Thurs) and the end of this month.
Customers will receive a 100 dollar rebate for each vehicle or motorcycle that is actively registered as of March 9th of this year.
Trailers and snowmobiles are the only things not eligible for a rebate.
SGI asks people to be patient during this time, and if you haven’t received your cheque by June 21st, call Customer Service at 1-844-855-2744.
In a news release, Minister Responsible for SGI Don Morgan says the Auto Fund’s Stabilization Reserve is at a surplus, hence the rebate cheques.
