Another court appearance for a Yorkton man charged following an attempted robbery in Arelee.

On October 7th, a man was approached by a man and assaulted, in an unsuccessful attempt to steal the victim’s vehicle.

The suspect fled in an SUV with two other males, and following a brief chase, the trio was arrested by Biggar RCMP members, and further investigation determined the three also allegedly broke into a home in the R.M. of Eagle Creek.

29-year-old Rocky Meechance was in North Battleford Provincial Court yesterday (TUES), and he will appear there again on June 6th, for a bail hearing.
