With people from Ukraine being forced to relocate to Canada due to the Russian invasion, SGI is helping them transition. SGI’s Tyler McMurchy says people holding a Ukrainian passenger vehicle license can exchange for a Saskatchewan Class 5 license without having to provide a driving record. The exchange does not cover motorcycle or commercial licenses, and the regular Saskatchewan license fees will apply.
