An Ituna man charged with Robbery and other offences, in connection with a robbery at a Regina business earlier this year, was back in court yesterday. On February 25th, police were notified of an attempted robbery, in which the male suspect passed a note to the clerk, indicating that he had a gun, and wanted cash, however he fled the scene empty-handed. Around the same time, police were advised of a stolen vehicle in a parking lot near the scene of the attempted robbery, and that vehicle was later located in Lumsden, and the driver was arrested on March 31st. Further investigation resulted in the two incidents being linked, with charges against 26-year-old Timothy Jones.
