A 54-year-old Fort Qu’Appelle-district man is due in Regina court today on multiple charges related to a vehicle speeding through a construction zone last Thursday. RCMP say an officer was stopped at a construction zone west of the Edgeley turnoff on Highway 10, when a pickup truck pulled out and passed a line of vehicles, including the police cruiser, as all of them were starting to drive, and a construction zone flag person had to move out of the for their safety. The vehicle was eventually pulled over on Highway 1 west of the White City overpass and William Cappo was arrested.
