Crop development in Saskatchewan has been slow, due to early season drought conditions in the west and excess moisture in the east. But the weekly crop report says the majority of crops in the province are in fair to good condition. Saskatchewan Agriculture’s Matt Struthers says haying operations are just starting in the province.
