Parkland College’s Heavy Equipment Operator program was declared the most successful to date by the College’s Vice President of External Relations. The program was run in Fort Qu’Appelle from April 19 to June 10, after previously running on the Pasqua and Standing Buffalo First Nations, and had 11 students participate this year. The program was sponsored by CP Rail, as part of a multi-year partnership agreement with Parkland, covering more than half of the cost of the program.
