A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for areas including Yorkton, Springside and the R.Ms of Gerry and Orkney. Meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, up to nickel size hail and heavy rain. This storm is approximately 25 km west of Yorkton and is tracking to the east.
