Yorkton resident facing charges from a drug bust in the City was in court

A court appearance has been made by one of four people charged in connection with a drug bust and recovery of a stolen vehicle in Yorkton.

33-year-old Jenilee Weiler, of Yorkton, remains in custody for next Wednesday (20th) in Yorkton Provincial Court.

Weiler’s co-accused, 28-year-old Darian Kamieniecki, of Yorkton, 33-year-old Robert Chipuer, of Melville, and 26-year-old Robert Laframboise, of Regina, will all appear in court on Monday (18th).

On June 30th, Yorkton RCMP executed a search warrant on Ashwood Place, where they seized 22.3 grams of fentanyl, 11.8 grams of meth, a sum of cash, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and equipment used to tamper the VINs of vehicles.

Then on July 4th, RCMP recovered a truck that was reported stolen in Yorkton on June 20th.
