A Roblin man who had been wanted on a bench warrant for over a year, after failing to appear in Regina Court of Queen’s Bench in October of 2020, has made another court appearance.
34-year-old Dylan Bodnariuk is facing charges from an October 2016 traffic stop near Fort Qu’Appelle.
At the time, Mounties pulled over a vehicle on Highway 10, just outside of Fort Qu’Appelle, and discovered a loaded handgun, a shotgun, cocaine, and a large amount of cash.
In April of 2019, Bodnariuk was ordered to be tried on two counts of Unsafe Storage of a Firearm, in Regina Court of Queen’s Bench, and he will make his next pretrial appearance there on September 16th.
