Dawn Walker, the Saskatoon woman who vanished in July with her son, later to be found in Oregon after crossing the border illegally, is facing multiple charges in the US and Canada. The US has charged Walker with Use of False Statements with use of a Passport to Identify Another Person and Possession of a Stolen or Illegally Produced Document. Walker is also charged in Canada with Parental Abduction in Contravention of a Custody Order and Public Mischief, and she could face further charges.
