A new court date has been set for a White Bear First Nation man, facing charges stemming from a drug and firearm bust. 24-year-old Jaymes Bigstone faces numerous charges, including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. In Carlyle Court yesterday, his matters were adjourned to September 21st. Last October, Carlyle RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on the reserve, where they seized over 36 grams of cocaine, two illegally modified firearms, drug paraphernalia, and cash.
