With an economy on the rise, the Land of the Living Skies is need for skilled workers. Jeremy Harrison, Ministry of Immigration and Career Training says that many sectors are seeing shortages, but adds the Hard-To-Fill Skills Pilot program has helped close the gaps. Harrison added that Alberta’s recent announcement of a program to recruit skilled workers is no new competition.
