SaskPower is again reminding producers to “Look up and Live” this harvest season, and avoid contacting power lines. The power company’s Scott McGregor says if you have the misfortune to hit a line, the most important thing is stay with your vehicle and call the outage centre, and you start a fire, jump as far away from the machine as you can. Up to August 7, 2022, SaskPower has recorded 186 incidents of farm equipment contacting power lines.
