One person is dead after a motorcycle collision in the RM of Elton. Yesterday morning, Blue Hills RCMP and Rivers Police Service responded to the scene where they determined that a motorcycle with two occupants lost control and rolled on its side. The operator, a 73-year-old male from Toronto was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries, while the passenger, a 79-year-old female from Toronto was transported to hospital where she died from her injuries. Both occupants were wearing helmets during the accident, and road conditions due to recent rain was a factor in the collision.
