Court appearances have been made by two of three people arrested in connection with an armed standoff on the Ebb and Flow First Nation. On July 27th, Ste. Rose RCMP received a report of three men with outstanding warrants at a residence on the reserve, and after the surrender of a firearm, followed by several explosions that caused a fire at the home, they turned themselves in. 28-year-old Lyle Malcolm and 27-year-old Tyson Racette appeared in Dauphin Court yesterday. Racette was remanded in custody to September 27th, while Malcolm was remanded until October 18th.
