A Kamsack Woman Is Heading To Trial For Assault

A new court date has been set for a woman charged in connection with a pair of incidents near Kamsack, that police believe are related. Last November, Kamsack RCMP responded to a call regarding an injured woman found on Highway 49. A short time later, police came across a truck in the ditch on the same highway, near the Saskatchewan-Manitoba boundary, where a man was transported to hospital with serious injuries. 23-year-old Brianna Howdle is charged with Aggravated Assault, and she’s been committed to stand trial in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench, where she will have a pretrial conference on November 25th.
