An Archerwill woman was back in Rose Valley Court yesterday, to stand trial on numerous charges, in connection with the March 30th search of an Archerwill residence. Mounties found quantities of drugs, including LSD, crystal meth, OxyContin and other assorted pills, as well as cash, ammunition, and various weapons, including a taser, machete, and an illegally-modified firearm. 38-year-old Holly Schweitzer was tried on the drug charges yesterday, and that matter was adjourned for the judge’s decision on November 9th in Rose Valley, when she will stand trial on the related weapon charges. Her co-accused, 55-year-old Rudi Betthel, of Bjorkdale, who also faces similar charges, stemming from the search of a home there earlier in March,, will be back in Saskatoon Court next Thursday for a bail hearing.
