Statistics Canada is reporting that Saskatchewan’s wholesale trade increased by 73.7% in August of 2022, compared to August of 2021.
According to the report, that is the largest increase of all the provinces.
Manufacturing sales also increased by a total of 28.9%, second best among provinces.
In August of 2022, the value of Saskatchewan’s wholesale trade was over 4-billion dollars, while the value of manufacturing sales was over 2-billion dollars.
