The trial for Jack Winters of Dauphin starts today, and is set to run 2 weeks. He’s charged in a 2019 accident that left 2 girls, age 4 and 6, dead when his truck collided with another at a rural intersection just north of Dauphin. 3 other people were injured. Winters is charged with impaired driving causing death and other offences.
