Court appearances have been made by three people arrested in connection with an armed standoff on the Ebb and Flow First Nation. On July 27th, Ste. Rose RCMP received a report of three men with outstanding warrants at a residence on the reserve, and after the surrender of a firearm, followed by several explosions that caused a fire at the home, they turned themselves in. 37-year-old Manuel Houle, 28-year-old Lyle Malcolm and 27-year-old Tyson Racette appeared in Dauphin Court yesterday. Malcolm was remanded in custody to next Tuesday, while Houle and Racettte were remanded until November 15th.
