Dauphin RCMP issued an arrest warrant for a Dauphin man who is charged in connection to a break-and-enter and arson.
Mounties responded to a report of a break-in at around 3:30 MB time this morning (Tues) at the Parkview Lodge in Dauphin, where officers noticed a small fire in the building.
Firefighters were called in and evacuated all the residents from the building, and put out the fire which was contained to a common use-area of the building, and determined to be arson. No one was hurt and all the residents were allowed back in afterward.
RCMP identified the suspect as 21-year-old Alexander Koski, who is described as 5-foot 11, 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, and is charged with Arson with Disregard for Human Life and Mischief over $5-thousand.
