It’s a day of pomp and ceremony at the Saskatchewan legislature, as Lieutenant-governor Russ Mirasty is to lay out the Saskatchewan Party government’s priorities this afternoon in a throne speech. On Monday, premier Scott Moe said one of the plans is new legislation to make sure Saskatchewan has exclusive jurisdiction over the development of its natural resources. Moe has also said there will be an announcement about a new trade office in the European Union.
