A Birch River man, arrested in connection with a death in that community, has appeared in court again.
On October 18th, Swan River RCMP were called to a house fire in Birch River.
Once it was extinguished, the body of a 68-year-old man was found inside.
21-year-old Lincoln Chartrand-Flett is charged with Second Degree Murder, and yesterday, he was remanded in custody to January 31st in Dauphin.
