A 4th flight of Ukrainian refugees is due to land in Saskatchewan November 23rd, and it will be the first to touch down in Saskatoon. With the arrival of this flight, approximately 2,300 displaced Ukrainians have arrived in Saskatchewan since the war began. As with the previous 3 flights that ferried in those fleeing the conflict, the roughly 200 passengers will have access to temporary accommodations and a suite of services, support and information related to living in Saskatchewan. Under the terms of a Memorandum of Agreement, a 5th flight is due to arrive by March 31st, 2023.
