A Melfort man accused of killing two people and seriously injuring a third, in a shooting on the James Smith Cree Nation, has made another court appearance. RCMP say in September of last year, a 37-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were killed during an altercation at a home on the reserve. A 44-year-old man was sent to hospital with serious, but non life-threatening injuries. 34-year-old Shawn Moostoos was in Melfort Court yesterday, and remains in custody for December 5th.
