Virden RCMP are investigating the death of a 30 year old woman on the Sioux Valley Dakota Nation Saturday. They got a report about an altercation at a home, and found the victim dead at the scene. A 20 year old man from the reserve was arrested and charged with 1st degree murder. Ernie Blacksmith was remanded to Brandon court today.
