A Learning Curve In Swan River

Swan River town council is still learning the ropes. Mayor Lance Jacobson states it’s a large learning curve for council. Jacobson adds that the council took part of the Manitoba Municipality Conference, saying that council represented Swan River well. He also says council recently has a crash course on the budget, how it works, and what it means to council.
