A Fort Qu’Appelle man facing firearm and weapon charges has made another court appearance. Early in the morning on November 19th, Regina City Police conducted a traffic stop, and could see straight-edged weapons in plain view in the back seat. While searching the man, they discovered a loaded .22 calibre firearm in his front jacket pocket, and a loaded sawed-off shotgun slung around his neck. 26-year-old Paul McKay remains in custody, and will be back in Regina Provincial Court next Tuesday for a bail hearing.
