RCMP arrested a Waywayseecappo First Nation woman, after a pair of alleged assaults at a Main Street business in Russell.
On Thursday, Russell RCMP responded to a call of a woman who assaulted an employee at the business.
When officers arrested the woman, she became combative, spitting at the officers, kicked at the windows of the police vehicle, and while at the RCMP detachment, she attempted to assault members of staff.
Once police identified the suspect, they linked her to an assault of a 5-year-old child at the same business.
33-year-old Renee Gambler faces multiple charges, including two counts of Assault and Assault with a Weapon.
