Snowmobile Club preparing trails
The Preeceville Roughrider Snowmobile Club has been busy for the last month.
Mayor Ager says they’ve been working on new warm-up shelters, creating new trails as well as widening existing ones. The focus now is getting the 277 kilometres of trails groomed and signs posted.
To find out what trails are open and other information, follow the Preeceville Roughrider Snowmobile Club Facebook page.
The Club will be holding a “Pub Night” fundraiser at the Golden West Hotel on January 21st at 7 p.m.
Reminder about snow removal
A reminder to residents in Preeceville, regarding snow removal.
Ager asks resident to not shovel or plow snow onto back alleys, sidewalks and streets, as this will create extra work for crews to clear, which can delay other streets from being cleared.
